Dairy Cottage is in the middle of the row of coloured cottages overlooking the extensive grounds of this holiday village. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished along with wooden floors throughout. A patio door from the lounge leads out to the communal grounds where there are picnic benches, perfect for alfresco dining or why not use the conservatory dining room which enjoys panoramic views over the rolling countryside. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the pretty cottage style bedrooms.
The onsite facilities of pool and sauna etc means there is plenty to do whatever the season, whilst there are 2 pubs and a shop all within walking distance.
Ivy Tower village is set in the delightful, historic village of St Florence, perfectly positioned, only a few miles from Tenby’s award winning beaches and fine restaurants and Manorbier, with its historic Norman castle and picture postcard sandy beach. The private cluster of cottages has been bought individually and each offers their own character. Add to this the wide range of facilities on offer that include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and WiFi access in communal areas and some cottages, children’s play area and tennis court and you have a venue that is suitable for so many occasions.
The stone posted entrance leads to the private parking area, where there is plenty of room to park after your journey. The houses and apartments themselves sleep up to 4, 5, 6 and 12 people. It is this make up that has made the village so versatile, attracting honeymoon couples to group family reunions. The landscaped meadow overlooks the Ritec Valley towards Tenby and the South Beach. It offers barbecue points, space to play or kick a ball. St Florence has a pub and shop within walking distance, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton Activity Theme Park, two of the County’s leading attractions is also a short stroll away. Here they offer paintball, 18 hole pitch and putt, go karts, laser clays, archery, golf range, baseball and much more. Tickets for all these activities can be booked in advance through the Coastal Cottages’ Concierge Service.
All in all, St Florence is a delightful escape that many return to year after year.

Fabulous Cottage for a brilliant family holiday! We recently stayed at Diary Cottage at the beginning of July 2015 with our 3 year old daughter. And we will definitely be returning! The cottage itself is the perfect size for a family large or small and has all the facilities you should need throughout your stay ie fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, good size bathroom and 3 good size bedrooms. My daughter couldn’t make her mind up if she wanted to stay in one of the twin beds or on the bunk beds so alternated each night in the end. The cottage is also very clean upon arrival with fresh new towels / bedding etc so it really is like a home from home which is what we needed as it feels like you are taking everything but the kitchen sink on holiday when you have kids but here you know you only have to take your clothes, toiletries and food and that is it! Onsite you have several tennis courts, ample land for the kids to run around like crazy plus a great park with all the typical things ie swing, slide etc which is great for the kids to burn off some energy. You also have a great size swimming pool which we had completely to ourselves both times we used it. So although there is several cottages on site nothing is ever crowded. There is also a gym and sauna for everyone to use. There is also FREE wifi! Close by you a completely spoilt for choice for all ages with the Zoo, heatherwood and Tenby town centre. Tenby is by far the best beach we have been to in the UK, we especially love North beach as our daughter loves it for seashell hunting! Locals are lovely, friendly and very helpful and you have great choices for restaurants including Cove Inn and The Moorings which we dined at and will definitely re-visit again. We also took advantage of a boat trip out from Pembrokeshire dock to see all the seals, whales and puffins which I would highly recommend for everyone as this is a great day out and not too expensive either. Overall, we had an amazing holiday, booking process was so simple and the owners were very swift replying to any questions I had ahead of our stay. I would highly recommend Diary cottage to all couples and families. We can’t wait to revisit either later this year or early next year.
